Spent my New Year at a 5-star hotel, and it was amazing! The hotel location was ideal, with easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The all-inclusive package was perfect, we enjoyed unlimited drinks and delicious meals throughout our stay!
I must say that some of the facilities were a little bit outdated. The fitness center, for example, could use some new equipment.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury amenities and services. the outdoor swimming pool and spa centre were the perfect places to relax and unwind. the restaurant offered a wide variety of choices including special diet menus, all of which were delicious. the location advantages were also notable with easy beach access and lovely garden areas.
The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and it was difficult to stay connected throughout the stay. this minor issue didn't impact my overall experience at the hotel.

We had a great time at this hotel. Best aspects include the clean rooms, variety of hotel facilities, convenient location by the beach, and the enjoyable piano bar in the evening. We also appreciated the option to join activities and the convenience of having breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant over two separate sittings. Lastly, the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
No negatives from our experience at this hotel.

Spacious rooms and well, maintained swimming pool. the food was plentiful and included in the package, with a good variety of wines. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel is located near a beautiful beach and has great views of the sea.
The smell of sewage in the room in the early morning. the beach was not very good, with sharp stones and grey water.
